LOVA CObylovaco

Chapter 00 — The origin

A studio, a decade of design work, an app.

Lova co Interiors is a high-end interior design studio working worldwide. Residential, commercial, hospitality. Timeless, sophisticated, minimal.

The studio’s vocabulary is soft lines and timeless materials — marble, iron, wood. Colours, materials and shapes set in contrast so the whole reads as harmony. That discipline has been built up over almost a decade of design work, across numerous projects each year.

bylovaco began as the studio’s own tool. Something to move faster through the early part of a project — the moodboards, the what-if, the version of the room nobody has seen yet. We looked at what else was out there, Planner 5D and RoomSketcher and the rest, and none of them carried the Lova co language, none produced drawings a contractor could build from, and none closed the loop back to items you can actually order. So we built it ourselves.

Then it became obvious that it should not stay on our desk.

Not a lesser version of the studio. The same eye, handed over — so the room is designed by you, with us in the room.

Tall-ceilinged dining room, stone table, boiserie walls, shuttered windows casting barred light
BORDEAUX, 18TH CENTURYThe room earns its silence.
Close view of a worn limestone windowsill with a darkened brass casement stay resting against the stone.
NEARLY A DECADEThe stay has found its groove.
Stone-walled farmhouse living room, afternoon light crossing oak floor toward a sandstone fireplace
ALMOST A DECADEWork that takes the measure of a room before it touches it.

Almost a decade of the studio's work.

A limestone window niche and ceramic basin in a whitewashed plaster bathroom, warm afternoon light
ALMOST A DECADEThe basin has been here longer than the renovation.

Almost a decade of design work, productised — never industrialised.
